File this under predictable kelly clarkson

There is no joy in being the winner of a match, and certainly not the kind of glory were used to seeing in other hollywood productions. File this one under predictable kelly clarkson has returned from her persephone-like journey across the pop-goth river styx on the excellent but commercially disappointing album my december with a shiny, streamlined new cut meant to break the speed limit up the charts. Directed by briton danny boyle, slumdog millionaire features a generally unknown cast in the story of an orphan boy in mumbai who rises from terrible hardship to become a champion on indias version of who wants to be a millionaire. They absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead. There were a few others jabs at the hfpa themselves, which i really, really appreciate, even if they were all in good fun.
